April 12, 2017 [DETROIT] - We need your help!
The Detroit RiverFront Conservancy is in the running for “A Community Thrives” grant from the USA Today Network. Vote today, tomorrow and everyday through May 12 for our Atwater Beach Project by clicking here or below!
The Atwater Beach project will transform a former industrial parcel on the Detroit riverfront into a wide, sandy beach featuring colorful hammocks, floating gardens, beautiful lights, and a barge showcasing refreshing local food and drink, making it a unique gathering space for residents and visitors alike. If Atwater Beach is selected as one of the winners, we could receive up to $100,000 to help fund the project. Check out our video on the project by clicking here.
