WINTER AT VALADE

The Detroit Riverfront Conservancy is committed to helping visitors embrace winter by extending our great riverfront programming year-round at Robert C. Valade Park with the return of Winter at Valade. Starting December 5, enjoy oversized fires, sleds, s'mores, games, drinks, food, and more. Join us in January and February for a full schedule of programs and events, including the return of our signature themed weekends, winter wellness activities, and more! Free parking for Winter at Valade is located in the lot at the corner of Chene and Guoin (enter on Guoin). There is additional parking at the Stroh Riverplace Garage and nearby side streets. Please follow all posted parking directional signage and do not park on Atwater Street. Other transportation options include the DDOT Jefferson bus #9 to Chene and walk 3 blocks south towards the river or arrive by MOGO and dock your bike at the Atwater and Joseph Campau station and walk one block west on Atwater.

Every Sunday beginning in January we will have a wide range of wellness programming including hustle classes and polar walks. Brunch will be available in the Shed at Valade for those looking for a relaxing morning on the Detroit Riverfront!
