One of the more picturesque and serene locations along the riverfront, Gabriel Richard Park, will be ready for a new season next month.
Visitors will now be able to park their vehicles in a 36-spot environmentally designed lot and follow the winding decorative concrete to the riverfront pavilion. This pathway provides a convenient link from Jefferson Avenue to the riverfront.
Lighting at the labyrinth is now in place, and new public restroom facilities will certainly be appreciated by park visitors.
